According to transfer reporter Ben Jacobs, Man City plan to sign Palmeiras player Allan for £35 million.

Ben Jacobs revealed: "Man City are in negotiations with Palmeiras over Allan and have indicated they are prepared to pay around £35 million for the transfer."

Palmeiras would prefer to keep Allan until the winter transfer window, but Man City are optimistic about reaching a transfer agreement at this stage.
