According to transfer journalist Florian Plettenberg's recent report, James Ward-Prows might return to his parent club Southampton. 

Plettenberg reported that negotiations have started between Southampton and West Ham over a potential return of James Ward-Prowse. #SaintsFC 

The 31 y/o midfielder has one year left on his contract.
