Newcastle United and Fulham are following Czech Republic midfielder Michal Travnik.

The 24-year-old has been starring for little known Czech League side Jablonec this season and has caught the eye with his performances, notably in the Europa League.
Travnik has scored ten goals in 17 appearances from midfield and can also play the holding role.
He has five caps for his country and is valued at around £4million by his club who are third in the league.

Newcastle and Fulham are both looking to strengthen in January but they will face competition for Travnik.
Bundesliga side Augsburg and CSKA Moscow have also been impressed this season.
Newcastle have held extensive talks over a deal for their priority target, Atlanta United's £25million-rated Miguel Almiron, also but that could yet hinge on the club's takeover talks.
