On the dirt fields of Turó de la Peira, he would play football while building small sand dunes, beginning to shape a player who was different from the rest. His turning point came when he joined Barcelona's youth academy. He spent four years there, continuously growing both technically and psychologically. Coaches remember his strong lower body, his eagerness to improve, and his competitive spirit.

After leaving Barcelona, he went to Damm and continued to improve. Then came the step that truly changed his life: Real Madrid extended an offer to him. For this child who had grown up through steady progress, it was a huge leap.

The most difficult moment came when he left Barcelona's youth academy. His mother said he was not in good shape then and felt he was no longer suited for football. "Mom, I don't know if I should continue," he once told her. His mother only asked him a simple question: "Do you like football?" When he answered "yes," she encouraged him to keep going, without pressure, without expectations, just to be happy. It was these words, this emotional push, that made Víctor persevere.

His family admits that they still feel like it's all a dream. Within one season, Víctor made the leap from the Primera Federación to La Liga, and then to the FIFA World Cup, which was difficult for them to fully process.

On the day the FIFA World Cup squad was announced, everyone in the family was nervous. When his name appeared, the whole family erupted. His family said, "You can dream of him playing in the FIFA World Cup, but that's more like a dream, not reality." But reality eventually arrived.
