According to TuttoMercatoWeb, Genoa are looking for a new striker, as Daniele De Rossi's team currently only has Lorenzo Colombo available.

Genoa are also evaluating other options, with Evan Ferguson being a name mentioned in recent days. Ferguson has returned to Brighton & Hove Albion after playing in Serie A as a Roma player.

He contributed 5 goals and 2 assists in 22 appearances for Roma, helping the team qualify for next season's Champions League. Genoa have already tried to make an offer to the Premier League team, which currently appears to be a pure loan deal, but it remains to be seen whether Brighton & Hove Albion will accept another loan or prefer to cash in directly.
