According to Footmercato, citing AS, Jesus wants more playing time at Arsenal, and Everton and Ipswich have contacted Arsenal about a transfer.

Jesus participated in the pre-season preparations with the team but was excluded from the squad by Arteta for the Community Shield match against Manchester City, making his future at Arsenal uncertain as the transfer window approached its close. The 29-year-old Brazilian forward Jesus prefers to stay in the Premier League. Napoli had previously shown interest in him, but a transfer did not materialize.
He also has a personal goal: to become the Brazilian player with the most goals in Premier League history; he is currently only 3 goals away from Firmino's record. With less than two weeks left in the transfer window, if Jesus leaves, Arsenal may sign another striker to strengthen their attacking competition.
