John Terry has predicted Chelsea's results in their first five Premier League matches against Arsenal, Fulham, Brighton, Hull City, and Brentford.

John Terry boldly predicts Chelsea will top the Premier League table after the 2025/26 season gets underway.
After a disastrous season finishing 10th, with both Enzo Maresca and Liam Rosenior departing, The Blues hope to bounce back under Marcos Alonso.
With an exceptional manager, notable signings like Morgan Rogers and Lacroix, and no European competition, some are tipping Chelsea as potential title contenders.
However, Terry stops short of that, saying Arsenal are the "top contenders" to defend their title, but he believes his former club can have a successful season, starting with an almost perfect display.
Marcos Alonso's Chelsea managerial debut features a relatively favorable schedule, with the first match an away trip to fellow Londoners Fulham on Monday evening. In fact, The Blues won't play outside London until mid-October.
The Chelsea legend predicts the team will beat Fulham, Brighton, Hull City, and Brentford in succession, with former player Welbeck "assisting" in the Brighton match.
Most notably, he also predicts The Blues will draw 1-1 away against The Gunners on September 6 and will top the table after the opening five matches.

"For him, you definitely want to start with a win, so you want to win the first match to build momentum from there," the former Chelsea and England captain said on TikTok.
"I remember years ago, when Jose Mourinho returned, we played away at Burnley, went down 0-1 after about 20 minutes, and then we turned it around. Cesc Fabregas with a touch, finish, and wonderful pass to Andre Schürrle.
"From that moment on, you could feel something was happening. So as a player, you have to be very confident, and you can also sense that momentum—you can feel everything is going in the right direction.
John Terry's predictions for Chelsea's first five Premier League matches
Fulham 1-2 Chelsea
Chelsea 2-0 Brighton
Arsenal 1-1 Chelsea
Chelsea 2-0 Hull City
Brentford 2-1 Chelsea
"If everything off the pitch and within the club is going in the right direction, and right now it is—because I've been in that environment before—you can see and feel it. And there are some stronger, better players who will return after the World Cup and haven't even joined the first team yet.
"I think you just have to be excited about that. So for him, looking at these first five matches, I expect three to four wins, perhaps a couple of draws.
"A brilliant start, and Chelsea top the table after five games—that's my prediction."
