The 30-man shortlist for the 2026 Ballon d'Or has been announced, with Bayern Munich's English striker Harry Kane making the cut.

The evaluation period for the 2026 Ballon d'Or runs from August 3, 2025, to July 19, 2026, concluding with the World Cup final in the USA, Canada, and Mexico.

Last season, Kane made 51 appearances for Bayern Munich, contributing 61 goals and 7 assists. He won the Bundesliga, DFB-Pokal, and DFL-Supercup, reached the Champions League semi-finals, claimed the Bundesliga top scorer award and the European Golden Shoe, and was named to the Bundesliga and Champions League Teams of the Season.

For the England national team, Kane made 14 appearances as captain and leader, contributing 12 goals and 1 assist, helping England secure third place in the World Cup.
