According to Sky Germany reporter Plettenberg, Galatasaray submitted an official offer of 45 million euros to Arsenal for Gabriel Martinelli today.

Plettenberg stated that this offer is now on Arsenal's table. Martinelli is currently Galatasaray's top transfer priority.
