According to an article by Franco Ordine, a commentator for Milan News, Ruben Amorim's tenure coaching Milan will require time and a complete overhaul of habits left over from the Allegri era.

Ordine wrote that Amorim's advantage is not having created panic at the beginning of the season, but he should be aware that the difficulties envisioned when he signed have not decreased, but rather increased. He believes Amorim's most important task is to reverse Milan's recent playing style.
When Allegri was in charge, Milan was accustomed to dropping back and building a low defensive line, trying to concede as few goals as possible, and then relying on the forwards' skills to get the game back on track. Even without a genuine center forward and striker since January, the team accomplished this task.
Ordine stated that Amorim will need a lot of time. He believes that compared to the Allegri era, the only favorable condition now is that the past Milan management and coaching staff were divided into two factions, with Furlani, Ibrahimović, and Moncada opposing Tare and Allegri. Now it is different, Cardinale has directly taken over the club's management and provides support for the head coach. However, how long can this support last?
