Sky Germany reporter Florian Plettenberg reports that Konstantelias' transfer to Borussia Dortmund is complete, with all agreements and signatures finalized.

Konstantelias passed his medical examination at Borussia Dortmund on Sunday, signing a contract until 2030. Borussia Dortmund has agreed a deal with PAOK FC for a fixed transfer fee of €26 million plus €6 million in performance-based add-ons, bringing the total package to approximately €32 million, and includes a 15% sell-on clause.
