ArsenalRadar, an Arsenal news account, announced on August 17 that William Saliba is expected to be out until at least October.

Saliba is currently recovering from a back injury. Previously, he aggravated his injury in France's World Cup semi-final against Spain after playing with the injury for several months.

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta confirmed that Saliba has no definite return date and will be out until at least the September international break. Arsenal will have to cope without the important defender for now.
