According to Dutch media outlet Voetbal International, Como attempted to sign Brobbey from Sunderland, but the Black Cats were unwilling to part with the 24-year-old forward.

Como has been monitoring Brobbey for some time. Head coach Fabregas is reportedly a keen admirer of the former Ajax player.

For Sunderland, Brobbey's departure is unthinkable, as the Black Cats want to keep the forward at all costs.

The head coach Le Bris believes the Amsterdam-born player is crucial to Sunderland. Brobbey's contract with Sunderland runs until mid-2029.
