Retired Real Madrid veteran Mosquera said on the "Football Tribe" program that he believes his former club still has plenty of room for improvement.

Mosquera played for Real Madrid and Elche, and participated in preseason training with the first team during Mourinho's first stint at Real Madrid. He stated that Mourinho showed great respect for youth academy players and was familiar with everyone in the squad. Regarding Mourinho's current mindset, Mosquera believes that Mourinho appears more relaxed thanks to the team's strong start, but it remains to be seen whether this composure will hold when results turn negative.

Mosquera said that Mourinho is a coach with a strong personality who transmits this quality to his players. He believes that Mourinho's return is beneficial for both La Liga and Real Madrid.

When discussing Real Madrid's current performance, Mosquera said the team has shown periods of excellent play and periods of inconsistency. It is still too early to evaluate the team comprehensively, but Real Madrid still has considerable room for improvement and will continue to get better. He also emphasized that Real Madrid must not only win every game but also play attractive football to give the Bernabéu fans an enjoyable experience.

Mosquera believes that direct confrontations with Barcelona and Atlético Madrid are the best way to test the team's true performance. He stated that Mourinho will bring intense focus to these matches, making the derbies very exciting to watch.

Regarding Real Madrid's upcoming away fixture against Elche, Mosquera urged Real Madrid to stay alert. He said that although Elche have struggled with results recently, their ability to build attacks from the back is strong, and their possession football could pose problems for Real Madrid. Mosquera also noted that Elche has passionate fans and excellent facilities, but establishing themselves consistently in La Liga is challenging.

Mosquera also commented on Barcelona's performance this season. He believes Barcelona is very strong, and Real Madrid must maintain at least the same points as Barcelona before the first El Clásico, or stay as close to them as possible.
