The Nigeria internationals played key roles in helping the Camels clinch the Israeli top-flight title for the third time in a row

John Ogu and Anthony Nwakaeme have been crowned the champions of the 2017-18 Israeli league with Hapoel Beer Sheva.
Despite bowing to a 1-0 defeat to Maccabi Tel Aviv on Saturday, Barak Bakhar’s men are seven points adrift of second-placed Beitar Jerusalem with two games remaining in the Israeli top-flight.
Hapoel Beer Sheva who have 74 points from 34 games, retained the league title at the Turner Stadium after the Menorah’s 3-3 draw with Bnei Yehuda on Saturday.
The Camels will be looking to bounce back to winning ways when they visit Hapoel Haifa for their next outing on Tuesday.
