Do you remember that match? Are there any scenes that left a deep impression on you?

After that match, I swapped jerseys with an opponent. Now, I share a locker room with that same opponent, and we still laugh and talk. Looking back, it's incredible.

I will never forget Leganés. Among all clubs, it was the first to give me an opportunity to show my abilities. I am incredibly grateful to have played there, and thankful to this club.

You've had trials at several top clubs in England, such as Crystal Palace, Chelsea, and Bournemouth. You eventually chose to join Leganés, and now you're back in Madrid to join Real Madrid. Looking back, do you think your initial choice was correct?

Yes, it was the right decision. When I was young, as an African child, it was difficult to have the opportunity to travel around. Traveling and playing football at that time was a wonderful experience for me. I will never forget my journey, and I am proud of myself.

Speaking of African players, who were your idols growing up? Who did you look up to?

Of course, there were players from my home country, such as Y. Touré and Drogba. I haven't been in contact with Y. Touré, but I have talked with Drogba. We even spoke two days ago.

What did he tell you?

He told me that Mourinho was his mentor and advised me to train hard. He is a legend in football and still is. I must listen to his advice. Talking to him gives me great motivation and encourages me to work hard, hoping to become a legend myself one day.

Of course, playing with or alongside top players will push me to improve in all aspects. I aspire to be on the highest stage, and to make my debut alongside them means a lot to me. They are all top players in the world of football, and it's an honor to be their teammate.

Which Real Madrid player do you think your style is most similar to?

It's hard to say yet. I just arrived here and need more time to adapt. Currently, I'm relatively closer to Vinicius; we had a phone call before I came.

We haven't met frequently off the pitch, only communicated by phone. I'm new, and he doesn't want to take me out rashly, but I believe our relationship will get better and better. Mbappe and I also get along, we can communicate in French. Overall, I communicate more with Vinicius.
