Tonali, Matheus Fernandes and Savinho reshape Tottenham's transfer fee records

Tottenham have officially announced the signing of 22-year-old Brazilian winger Savinho from Man City for a total transfer fee of £85 million. According to Transfermarkt, Savinho's transfer fee is €87.7 million.

This summer, Tottenham signed Tonali from Newcastle for €108 million, making the 26-year-old Italian midfielder the most expensive signing in Tottenham's history. Tottenham also signed 21-year-old West Ham midfielder Matheus Fernandes for €99 million, which ranks second in the club's history.

These three signings now occupy the top three spots on Tottenham's all-time transfer fee list. Fourth place belongs to Xavi Simons, Tottenham's former record signing, who joined from RB Leipzig for €65 million last season.

Additionally, Tottenham signed Brighton center-back van Hecke for €60 million this summer, making him the eighth-most expensive signing in the club’s history.
