According to Spanish media Eldiario, two Mallorca youth academy players have been arrested in connection with the sexual assault of a minor girl. One player is 18 years old, while the other is a minor. The club expelled both players after learning of the incident.

According to sources close to the case confirmed to Europa Press, the incident occurred on August 14. On that day, the two players and the girl went to a residence in Palma. The 18-year-old player engaged in sexual relations with the girl without her consent.

Meanwhile, the other player, who is a minor, hid in a closet and secretly filmed the incident without the girl's knowledge.

Both players are being investigated for sexual assault of a minor. Investigators are also examining whether the 18-year-old player had any prior relationship with the victim.

Last Thursday, the 18-year-old player was summoned for a court appearance in Vía Alemania, Palma, and was subsequently released. The case against the minor player has been referred to the juvenile prosecutor's office.
