According to French media outlet Footmercato, Monaco's transfer window is not yet closed. After sending Thilo Kehrer to Ajax yesterday, Monaco loaned Mychajlo Mudryk to Cercle Brugge this morning. Golovin is close to returning to Russia, with Spartak Moscow and Zenit both competing for his signature. Papu Cabral is also nearing a move to Saudi Arabia, with Al-Ahli Jeddah having already tabled a €10 million offer. On the incoming side, Monaco is also making progress.

Boudoui, who had previously agreed terms with Al-Ittihad, is now close to joining Monaco. According to Footmercato, both parties are currently in active negotiations for a loan agreement with a buy-out option. If the deal is finalized, the Algerian, who has only one year remaining on his contract with Nice, will join as a "special signing" under Ligue 1 regulations.
