Bischoff attended a Bayern TEENS CLUB special press conference where he had a relaxed Q&A session with young fans. During the event, he discussed his football idols, career goals, life at Bayern, and his relationships with teammates. This article is the second part of an exclusive interview.

Hi, my name is Emma and I'm from Oppenheim, 14 years old. Of all the players you've faced, who do you admire most?
I'd say Vitinha is someone like a role model to me right now. He's really good and plays in the same position as me. He's always very active on the pitch, always looking for the ball, can provide great passes, and has lots of good ideas on the field.
Hi Tom, my name is Amy, I'm 16 and I'm part of the TEENS CLUB media team. Today we collected questions from the community via WhatsApp. The first question is from Tom. He wants to ask: "How do you usually order your döner kebab?"

(Laughs) Everything. All kinds of vegetables, and the spicy sauce is very important, and feta cheese too.
Hi Tom, my name is Rosalie and I'm also part of the TEENS CLUB media team. The community wants to know whether being a public figure has more advantages or disadvantages for you.

There are many advantages, and of course there are disadvantages too. But I knew beforehand that being a public figure would definitely bring some inconvenience. For example, from the moment I step outside my house, I have to be mindful of my behavior and actions.
But at the same time, I really enjoy it. For example, when I go back to my hometown, the kids love seeing me, and many people are always supporting me. You enjoy that feeling because you've become a role model to some people in a way.
I'm also very happy to be a role model to some people.
Hi Tom, my name is Felix. I also play in a youth academy, so I'm really curious about how you successfully transitioned from youth football to professional football. What was your path like? Looking back now, what do you think was most important for your development? What advice would you give to players like me who want to pursue a professional career?
(Laughs) That's a lot of questions. Where are you playing right now?
Burkhausen.
I see. The reason I was able to go to Hoffenheim was because my mother called them. After that, I went for trials three times. Actually, I had to try out three times. But from that point on, I could have been eliminated any week.
Every week 30 new kids came, and you might make a friend that week but the next week that friend would be gone. Looking back now, I think it was quite cruel.
But as I said, I really enjoyed all of it at the time. Because being a professional player was my dream. I knew I was good at football, so I sacrificed a lot.
When my friends were going to parties or having fun, I might have been practicing against the rebound wall or training with my coach or parents. I really worked hard to achieve this goal.
And especially after experiencing a lot of setbacks in my first two years as a professional player, I always believed that I could make it. And now, here I am.

Hi Tom, my name is Charlotte, I'm 15 and I'm from Augsburg. My first question is: is the life of a professional player that you imagined as a child the same as what you're actually experiencing now?
So far I'm very satisfied. I can even say that my life now is much better than what I imagined as a child.
Especially right now, I feel very comfortable. I like the city, I've adapted well to my surroundings, and I feel very comfortable at the club. As I said before, coming here every day makes me happy.
Being a professional player is really amazing, and being able to do this means I've achieved my dream. So I'm really, really happy.
Hi, my name is Steffi, I'm 15 and I'm from Munich. I'd like to know if there's a particular player or club you'd especially like to play against?
I'd like to play against Paris Saint-Germain again (laughs), and this time I hope we can win. Also, I'd really like to play against Messi, but that might be difficult. To be precise, "play against again" isn't the right phrase because I've never played against him. I'd really like to play against him once. It's a small dream of mine, but it probably won't be easy to achieve (laughs).
Hi Tom, my name is Carlotta and I'm 14. My question is: among the previous Bayern Munich legends, who is your role model?
I'd choose Schweinsteiger. Looking back now, I really loved his playing style during the time when I could watch him play directly.
He never gave up and always worked hard, and he always gave everything for the team. At the same time, he had excellent technique and could dominate the midfield.
Hi Tom, my name is Alex and I'm 16. I'd like to ask what your most beautiful or most exciting goal has been in your career.
It's my first Bundesliga goal. It was a free kick I scored against Leipzig when I was still at Hoffenheim. Also, a very important moment for me last season was when I finally scored at home.
On the last matchday, I believe it was against Cologne, and I did it. Because I always really wanted to know what it felt like to score in our home stadium at Munich. So that goal was very important to me and it excited me a lot.

How do you overcome setbacks like injuries?
Fortunately, I haven't experienced any particularly serious injuries yet. I mainly see this kind of experience from other players, and it seems really, really difficult. Because suddenly you can't do what you love most, and you watch your teammates playing outside every day, enjoying football.
Even the small injuries I've had were difficult, and those only lasted 2 to 3 weeks. I probably annoyed everyone in the fitness department (laughs). I kept saying I wanted to get back on the field, and everyone had to stop me because you really do want to get back out there.
So I think it's important to maintain a positive attitude. And something that actually helps quite a bit is that you can see the pitch directly from the fitness area upstairs. You see your goal right in front of you every day, and you know why you're training. It's to get back to full fitness. So my way of coping is to keep working hard and look forward to the day I return.
