Federico Guidi, former youth coach for Roma, stated in an interview with TuttoMercatoWeb that Gasperini has been following Lulli for a year and believes Lulli's characteristics are similar to Bellanova's. Speaking about Lulli's breakthrough this season, Guidi said: "His performance in Serie A was difficult to predict, although his improvement last season was already very obvious. He decided to become a professional player very early and has always focused on that goal.

Speaking about whether Milan will regret losing Liberali, Guidi said: "Milan has always done a good job of developing young players.
