Jason Cundy has once again made inflammatory comments about Neymar, prompting Jamie O'Hara to walk out of the TalkSPORT studio.

Cundy is known for his outspoken views and does not believe the Brazilian legend deserves to be ranked among football's greatest players.

Previously, the former Chelsea defender claimed that Arsenal and England star Bukayo Saka is superior to Neymar at his peak—a statement that nearly caused O'Hara to storm out at the time. Weeks later, Cundy's latest remarks finally pushed O'Hara over the edge.

Cundy declared that if he were building a team, he would choose former Premier League striker Daniel Sturridge over Neymar.

The argument began as a calm discussion about legendary players at the current FIFA World Cup, but tensions quickly spiraled out of control.

During TalkSPORT's live FIFA World Cup broadcast, O'Hara asked: "Cristiano Ronaldo, even if he were English and 41 years old, would you take him to the FIFA World Cup?"

Cundy replied: "He couldn't displace Harry Kane from the starting lineup... He might edge out Ollie Watkins or Ivan Toney, it's hard to say. He can still score goals; put him in the right attacking position and he'll deliver..."

O'Hara then mentioned several superstars at this North American FIFA World Cup: "We've seen plenty of veterans still on the pitch—Messi, Ronaldo, Neymar played a few days ago..."

When Neymar was mentioned, Cundy immediately cut him off: "Don't talk to me about Neymar. I don't want to discuss him.

I'll admit he's talented, but I really don't understand why he's been so hyped up. Don't compare him to Messi or Ronaldo; that's what bothers me most."

O'Hara countered: "I'm talking about football legends at the FIFA World Cup, and Neymar is absolutely one of them; people will remember him."

Cundy struck back: "He's not a legend. Rivaldo is a legend; I would never put Neymar in the same category as him...

The reason people remember him isn't because of significant achievements. What major trophies has he actually won?!"

As the argument escalated, O'Hara kept presenting players for Cundy to compare with Neymar.

"Is Gary Lineker a legend?" O'Hara asked.

Cundy replied: "He's only an English legend, not a world-class legend. Zidane is a legend, and so is Dennis Bergkamp. If I were building a team, I'd choose Bergkamp over Neymar."

"Wayne Rooney—I'd pick him over Neymar too. If you asked me to choose between them at their peak, I'd choose Rooney every single day. Eden Hazard is also better than Neymar; I'd take Hazard."

This left O'Hara stunned, and he immediately exclaimed: "Hazard? Are you joking with me? Hazard is better than Neymar? Your views on Neymar are completely over the top."

Cundy continued listing names: "Cruyff is a legend, Zidane is a legend. Among the players I've watched, Rivaldo and Ronaldo—the Brazilian—are legends."

Just after he finished speaking, O'Hara decided to test exactly how much his co-host dislikes Neymar, asking directly: "Marcus Rashford or Neymar—who do you pick?"

Cundy blurted out: "I'd pick Rashford."

O'Hara looked incredulous: "Seriously? You'd choose Rashford?"

O'Hara then asked: "What about Daniel Sturridge?"

Cundy replied: "I'd choose Sturridge every day, no matter what the alternative is."

After hearing this, O'Hara immediately stood up, left his chair, and walked out of the studio, muttering: "This is ridiculous."

He walked straight out from the discussion table and toward the door, leaving Cundy alone in front of the camera, grinning and adding: "If you can't handle the answer, don't ask the question, haha."
