According to AS, Real Madrid and Fiorentina have reached an agreement on Mastantuono's loan transfer, and are currently awaiting official announcements from both clubs.

Under the agreement, Mastantuono will join Fiorentina on loan for one season, without a buyout clause. If Fiorentina qualifies for European competition this season, the loan contract will automatically be extended for one year. Both parties will also jointly bear the player's salary, which includes an annual salary of approximately 3 million euros, with Real Madrid and Fiorentina each contributing 50%.

This deal was made possible by the good relationship between Fiorentina's sporting director Fabio Paratici and Real Madrid president Florentino Pérez. Fiorentina successfully persuaded Real Madrid to release the Argentine starlet, hoping to help him get more playing time.

Real Madrid invested over 60 million euros to sign Mastantuono a year ago, and the club has no intention of giving up on this young player. Although his performance in his first season after joining Real Madrid did not meet expectations, the team still believes in his potential.
