According to Football.London, several Chelsea young players may go out on loan this summer, and Mueka is expected to sign a new contract.

Chelsea defender Samuels-Smith has agreed to join League One team Notts County on a season-long loan.
The 20-year-old defender joined Chelsea from Everton Academy in 2023 and is expected to go to Meadow Lane in the new season, hoping to gain stable first-team playing time. Chelsea and the English third-tier club have reached an agreement, and Samuels-Smith himself has also agreed on the transfer conditions.
Sources close to the young player believe that Notts County is an ideal loan destination because Martin Patterson's team's playing style is very much to Chelsea's liking. Samuels-Smith was loaned to Championship team Swansea City last season, but due to injuries, he only played 6 times and his performance was not ideal.
Samuels-Smith underwent quadriceps surgery in April and is now almost fully recovered. Chelsea originally planned for him to join Marcos Alonso's first-team training group before the team flew to the recently concluded pre-season tour, but he failed to recover in time and was unable to participate in training.
On the other hand, Omari-Kellyman is weighing his options, and it is highly likely that he will be loaned out in the new season. The 20-year-old attacker recently participated in the Four Nations Tour with Alonso and got playing opportunities in 2 of Chelsea's 5 overseas matches.
Thiago Kunda and Emega were injured about 24 hours before the team flew to Sydney for the first leg of the tour, so Kellyman was included in the squad later. Chelsea plans to loan Kellyman out in the new season. He performed well at Cardiff City last season, so there is no shortage of suitors.
However, Kellyman prefers to play abroad, and sources close to the player insist that no hasty decision will be made before the transfer deadline next month.
Meanwhile, Mueka is expected to sign a new long-term contract with Stamford Bridge. Football.London exclusively revealed this news last month. The 18-year-old striker is attracting attention in England and abroad, and he is expected to renew his contract with Chelsea first, and then leave on loan in the new season.
As of press time, no agreement has been reached between the two parties, but multiple sources say that negotiations are moving in the right direction. Mueka's existing contract has less than 12 months left, and Chelsea also has the option to extend the contract for another year.
