According to a Telegraph report, Todd Boehly and Mark Walton have agreed to sell their Chelsea shares to Clearlake Capital.

Chelsea chairman and co-owner Todd Boehly and Mark Walton aim to sell their shares to primary shareholder Clearlake Capital. If the deal is completed, Chelsea's valuation could exceed £5 billion.
According to the Financial Times, Boehly and Walton have begun discussions to sell their 12.8% stake in Chelsea.
Boehly, Walton, and Clearlake Capital all declined to comment.
Previously, Walton sold his shares in NBA team Los Angeles Lakers for £9.2 billion. The U.S. Department of Justice is currently investigating potential money laundering related to that transaction.
