However, we feel that this time we are happier than before, because we felt like we fought for it and did it our way. Then we witnessed the connection between us and Arsenal supporters around the world, and everything we faced in London was truly amazing.

As champions now, what is the atmosphere like within the club? It is excellent. What is clear is that immediately after winning the title, we feel a strong desire to continue that process. We also understand how to experience those feelings and emotions again. So the key is what we do daily, the standards we set for ourselves, the club's undeniable objectives, and the spirit of all staff and players—pushing each other daily, moving towards our goals daily, and trying to win again.

Now that you have achieved this, the question on everyone's mind is: can Arsenal defend their title? How would Mikel Arteta answer that question? Now we need to prove it. This club has never done this in its history, so this is an opportunity for us. We know how to do it and we know we are capable of it, but we must prove it on the pitch. We must demonstrate through our daily work and habits that we are sufficiently focused and committed to achieving our goals.

After coming close several times in recent years, you finally overcame that barrier. Will that make the new season a bit easier? I think it gives us clearer direction and makes us believe more strongly that we can do it. But everything is still just one marathon race. You must start with preparation, challenge yourself daily, and encounter many unexpected things along the way. We must understand that we are capable of continuing it and handle them naturally.

Arsenal's most distinctive feature last season when they won the title was their style of play, and set-pieces also played an important role. Can we expect to see that again this time? We aim to be the best at every level of the game. Last season, we were the best in many areas of the league, and not only in set-pieces but also in many other aspects, which increased our chances of winning. This season, we expect to continue improving and perform better in other areas while also maintaining those areas where we are already very strong. You have added some new faces to the squad. What impact do you expect them to have?

I have high expectations for them. The early signs they showed during pre-season are a promising start. I believe they will bring something that was initially missing from the squad. In my view, that is very necessary. Beyond football ability, what do you look for in new players?

First and foremost, they must be good people. This person must strengthen our team culture, connect with others, have a clear goal, understand why they came to this club, and understand what their objective is here. I believe that is crucial. And yes, they must have the football ability to make us better, to improve the players around them, and to enhance the team's quality, leadership, and winning mentality.

Let's talk about the Premier League as a whole. I feel like we're entering a new era, especially with so many managers changing. For you, how does it feel to face managers who competed against you during your playing days? It's surreal. Life takes you to places you never expected, and football is particularly good at doing that. I experienced that during my playing career as well. But now, especially with Anto and Xavi, it's truly incredible, because back then we were in the same city, just five minutes apart. Now we're managing some of the biggest clubs in the Premier League.

Yes, that's what I was going to mention next—Antigua. Did I pronounce it correctly? Yes. You made that club more famous. Tell us first, as a player, how did that club shape you? I think they deserve recognition worldwide, because I believe they ignited something within us—the belief that we were good enough to pursue our dream of becoming professional footballers. But beyond that, they taught us respect for the game, the values of sport, and how to understand football not just from a player's perspective but also from a manager's perspective. I am truly grateful for everything they did for us. I believe many people will emerge from there in the future, not just us. We feel proud to have reached this level from that background.
