The first two rounds of the 2026-27 Premier League season have concluded, and Arsenal and newly promoted Hull City are the only two teams in the league that have not conceded a goal.

Defending champions Arsenal have won both of their matches with solid defending, keeping clean sheets in both games and maintaining stable form in both attack and defence.

Meanwhile, Hull City, returning to the Premier League after several years away, has emerged as a dark horse in the league, defeating Manchester United and Coventry to secure back-to-back wins without conceding a single goal across their two league matches.

Many other title-contending teams have already conceded goals. Although Manchester City and Chelsea have also achieved back-to-back wins, their defences have shown vulnerabilities.
