Chelsea officially announced on September 11th the contract extension with winger Pedro Neto, with the new deal running until 2032.

Chelsea Football Club is delighted to announce that Pedro Neto has extended his contract with the club until 2032.

The Portuguese international joined Stamford Bridge in August 2024 and has made 108 appearances for the Blues, contributing 40 goals and assists.

Neto played a key role in Chelsea's UEFA Europa League and FIFA Club World Cup victories in 2025, scoring three goals in the latter competition to help the club triumph on the world stage.

This season, the 26-year-old has already scored two goals, including a spectacular strike in Wednesday's League Cup match against Leeds United, helping the team secure a quick turnaround and victory.

"This is an incredible moment," Neto said following the extension.

"Ever since I arrived here, I have always felt that the people here have supported me tremendously. I feel at home here, and I want to achieve even more here."

"I have had some great moments here, both as a team and individually, and now I hope to have more of those moments. I am really excited because I think we can achieve a lot together."

Neto joined Chelsea from Wolves in August 2024 and quickly became an integral part of the team, helping them win two trophies that season.

Among his many highlights were his first Premier League goal for the club against Arsenal and a late winner at Craven Cottage, which secured three valuable points and helped secure Chelsea's Champions League qualification. That goal against Fulham was voted the 2024/25 Goal of the Season by Blues fans.

Over the past year, Neto has consistently delivered reliable performances, excelling on the wing, as a false nine, an attacking midfielder, and as a full-back. We look forward to his next chapter at Chelsea.
