According to a post on social media by French journalist Sebastien Vidal, Strasbourg is very close to finalizing the acquisition of Real Madrid prospect Jacovo Ortega.

Vidal stated that Strasbourg has gained an advantage over several European clubs in the competition. The club's agreement with the player is progressing well, and negotiations with Real Madrid are also moving forward.

He also mentioned that the deal could be worth up to 8 million euros for a 50% stake in the player, and Real Madrid would retain a buy-back clause or first option.
