Juventus coach Spalletti spoke in Hong Kong about the team's performance following their 1-0 friendly victory over Chelsea. According to Sky Sport Italia, he stated that these warm-up matches reflect the team's current progress, and Juventus consistently demonstrated good teamwork throughout the game, both when defending and during counter-attacks.

On transfer speculation, he stated: "I'm the least qualified person to discuss these matters. As I said before, I have a good relationship with the club, we've talked, and they are working hard in the right way."
