According to transfer journalist Romano's announcement on social media earlier today, Fulham has agreed to sign Shea Charles from Southampton.

Romano confirmed that the clubs have reached an agreement on the deal, with a total fee of £30 million. This represents a significant sale for Southampton in the Championship, while Fulham completes an important signing they have been pursuing since June.

The deal also includes a sell-on clause.
