According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Dimarco's contract with Internazionale expires on June, 2027.

On paper, less than a year remains before expiration, which technically allows any club to contact the winger's representatives about a potential transfer. However, that scenario is unlikely. Firstly, when Internazionale signed Dimarco's last renewal three years ago, they included a clause permitting the club to extend the contract for an additional year on identical terms. Secondly, Dimarco himself is a priority that requires immediate attention to satisfy all parties involved. 

At the Italian Football Gala last night, the Internazionale winger expressed frustration with the delay in negotiations: "Unfortunately, we haven't started talks about a renewal yet. I was hoping discussions would begin after last season. But now I just want to focus on the match against Napoli." His statement reflects his expectations: after an outstanding season in which he scored 7 goals and provided 17 assists in Serie A, he believed renewal discussions should have commenced. That conversation has not yet taken place.

The Future

Meanwhile, Internazionale has been occupied with new signings and the transition of the Sporting Director role from Ausilio to Baccin, while the new season is already underway. However, Dimarco's contract renewal is already among the club's top priorities, contingent on first resolving Pio Esposito's contract situation. Once that is settled, it could become Baccin's first major task in his new role. Dimarco clearly expects greater recognition following his player-of-the-season-caliber performance, while Internazionale is equally committed to addressing its star winger's contract situation. Baccin intends to resolve it as quickly as possible, continuing Internazionale's track record of retaining key talent.
