According to Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona will vote to approve two commercial cooperation agreements with Ohana Real Estate Development and Construction LLC and Babylon Park Spain SL at the ordinary general assembly on September 19. Ohana will pay Barcelona approximately €10 million annually for the first three years, and the name of its Dubai luxury real estate project will also appear on the back of Barcelona's domestic match jerseys.

In addition to securing approximately €500 million in financing for the Espai Barça project and issuing guaranteed bonds worth €105 million backed by the club's audiovisual rights, Barcelona will vote on the two aforementioned cooperation agreements at this general assembly, which will bring new revenue to the club.
According to Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona's brand licensing partnership with Ohana will span more than 25 years. Ohana previously developed the Man City Yas residential project on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, and this collaboration will use the Barcelona brand for a luxury residential complex in the UAE.

During the initial three years of the partnership, Ohana will pay Barcelona the highest phase fee of approximately €10 million annually. Barcelona has already received approximately €2 to 3 million as a contract deposit. According to the general assembly agenda, this agreement must be voted on in accordance with Article 20.9 of the club's statutes, as it involves adding commercial advertising to Barcelona's jerseys.
Specifically, starting from the 2027-28 season, the name of this luxury resort residential project in Dubai will appear on the back of Barcelona's domestic match jerseys for three seasons through the 2029-30 season. However, in Champions League matches, the Barcelona Foundation logo will continue to be displayed on the back of Barcelona's jerseys.

After the three-year jersey sponsorship phase, Ohana will transition to being a licensed user of the Barcelona brand. For the subsequent cooperation period of over 25 years, the company will pay an annual licensing fee of slightly over €1 million for the Barcelona brand to continue appearing on this real estate project in Dubai. Barcelona has also reached an agreement with Babylon Park to build an indoor children's amusement park within the Spotify Camp Nou facilities.
The project will feature various amusement rides, similar in format to Babylon Park's current operations in Leganés, London, Belgrade, and Israel. The agreement signed by both parties will be a long-term franchise agreement. Babylon Park will pay a fixed fee for using the Barcelona club's name, and Barcelona will receive a percentage of the project's operating revenue.
At this general assembly, Barcelona will also announce the club's financial situation for the 2025-26 season. The club will achieve a surplus in operating income for the third consecutive year, with total revenue for the 2025-26 season reaching a record high of nearly €1.1 billion.
However, Barcelona will still incur a small non-recurring loss, similar to the previous fiscal year. This could have been turned into a profit if the club had completed a major player transfer before June 30. Barcelona anticipates revenue of over €1.1 billion for the 2026-27 season, and the relevant financial report will be published on the club's official website next Monday.
