During a media day event, Davide Frattesi spoke about his decision to transfer to Lazio and his feelings since joining the team.

Frattesi stated: "I really wanted to come to Lazio because I was looking for a club where I could be 100% important to the team's plans again."
Gattuso's relationship also played a key role. He said: "I knew him from the national team, and after talking to him, I became even more convinced of my choice. This is a decision I am 100% certain about."

Subsequently, Frattesi spoke about his time at Internazionale and denied any thoughts of revenge.
Frattesi said: "I have no feelings of revenge towards Internazionale. We experienced very special moments together, moments that are hard to replicate in a career. There might be some regret, but I would never trade the emotions we shared with the fans for anything."
Finally, Frattesi sees the unity of the locker room as one of Lazio's strengths.
He said: "The Lazio players are all calm, and there is a great mix of Italian and foreign players, as is the coaching staff."
When asked about personal goals, Frattesi was reluctant to set specific targets: "It's still too early. I will play as much as possible, score more goals, provide more assists, and help the team."
