Bischof attended a special press conference for Bayern's TEENS club, participating in a relaxed Q&A session with young fans. During the event, he discussed his football idols, career goals, life at Bayern, and his relationships with teammates. This article is the first part of an exclusive interview.

Host: Hello everyone. Wow, is everyone here now? You all look so smart today, it's great to see you. Welcome to this press conference. I'm guessing you all love football, FC Bayern Munich, and Tom Bischof, right? Here he is.
I hope so (laughs).
My name is Rebekka, I'm 17 and I'm from near Lake Tegernsee. My first question is, what do you usually do to relax and not think about football when you're not playing?

That's a good question. My friends often come over and we play cards or do something together. My mum also visits regularly, and other family members come to see me too. For example, both my grandmothers visited last week, and that was really wonderful. When you're with your family, you appreciate the time with them even more. That's usually how I relax.
My name is Leni, I'm 15 and I'm from Landshut. My question is, if you could replay any match from your career, which one would it be and why?

That's a tough one (laughs). Good question. I'd choose my first Bundesliga match when I was 16, because the feeling at that moment was simply indescribable, and you'll never get that feeling of a first time ever again.
Playing on a Bundesliga pitch for the first time, experiencing those moments, that feeling was truly amazing.
My name is Magdalena, I'm 15, also from Landshut. My question is, if your football career doesn't work out, what would your backup plan be?

My father has a construction company, so I'd probably join him there. I've always enjoyed helping out in the past, so if I didn't become a professional footballer, that would probably be the path I'd take. But fortunately, the football career has worked out.
Hello, my name is Emily, I'm 15 and I'm from near Landsberg. My question is, what do you think about your debut at Bayern? What did that feel like?

If you're talking about my first match for Bayern... the FIFA Club World Cup was quite ordinary, I didn't play that well. But then in the Bundesliga, I thought it went very well. I had to have an appendix operation beforehand, and then I played my first 30 minutes against Hamburger SV. I was very satisfied with that performance, and the atmosphere was absolutely incredible. Being on the pitch, that feeling was wonderful.
Hello, my name is Laura, I'm 14 and I'm from Munich. My first question is, who are you closest to in the Bayern squad?

I think many people probably know already. Sergej Pavlovic, Konrad Laimer, and Dayot Upamecano—I also have a really good relationship with him. Actually, I could name quite a few people. Michael Olise and I get along well too, and Joshua Kimmich.
My name is Michael, I'm 13 and I'm from Niederwinkling. My question is, in your opinion, what's more important for a professional footballer: hard work or talent?

I think the best thing is definitely a combination of both. Some people have more talent, while others have to work harder. But I think even if you're very talented, you shouldn't stop there and give up working hard. Otherwise, if you rely too much on your talent, at some point you can still stall. So if you have talent, you should value it, and at the same time, work even harder to continue improving your weaknesses.
My name is David, I'm 15 and I'm from Reutlingen. My question is, what's your biggest dream?
In football, my biggest dream is to become a world champion, which means winning the World Cup with my country, Germany. And then winning the Champions League with Bayern, and winning as many titles as we can. Outside of football, it's about maintaining my health.
Hi Tom. My name is Max, I'm 15 and I'm from Nuremberg. My question is, do you have any qualities that aren't directly related to football, but help you when you're playing?
That's a good question. I'd say it's my laid-back attitude and sense of humour. Because I feel that I need to stay calm before a match, I need to feel happy. Whether in a match or training, I need to be in that state to perform at my best.
If I sense that some teammates also need this, I try to encourage them. Of course, if someone just wants to listen to music and be alone, I'll definitely leave them alone.
But I think I'm quite good at lifting others' spirits and helping teammates relax a bit before a match, so they can focus on the game. So I think that's a good quality of mine.
Hello, my name is Matthias, I'm 14 and I'm from Sögen. What's your dream position on the pitch?
It's the position I'm playing now, number 6 (laughs), and I'm very happy there. When I was younger, I always wanted to play in the number 10 position or higher up, because I could score more goals. But in professional football, I really enjoy having the whole match in front of me, being able to watch how the match develops, and then controlling it.

Hi, my name is Niklas. What do you value most about your diet?
I have my own nutrition plan, you could say. For example, my breakfast is basically the same every day. At other times, I think you can't forbid someone from occasionally eating pizza or something like that. I've been to McDonald's too (laughs).
But you certainly need to pay attention to what you eat. For example, before a match, you need to load up on carbohydrates, so that the next day your body is in good shape and you have enough energy to run. Of course, these things are all very important.
My name is Dominik, I'm 13 and I'm from near Munich. My question is, what aspects of Bayern's training are actually harder than what we see on TV?
Many people might think we take it a bit easy during training. Or they might think that top players like Harry Kane, Michael Olise, and Alphonso Davies save energy for the weekend match, so they train less. But that's not how it works here.
We want the training intensity to be at least as high as a weekend match, and our goal is even to make training harder than a weekend match, so when the actual match comes, we're as thoroughly prepared as possible. I think many people probably don't know this, or at least I don't think everyone does.
Our goal is always to push beyond our own limits, and even surpass them.
