According to kit news site Footy Headlines, Al Nassr recently used AI-generated product images on its official online store. However, these generated images show multiple significant differences compared to the official Adidas jerseys, and even feature outdated technical logos.

Al Nassr did not traditionally photograph the new season's platinum third kit. Instead, it used AI models to generate images for its official online store.
However, this "convenient" approach quickly revealed obvious problems. The AI-generated jersey images contain multiple details inconsistent with the actual product, and even directly alter the original design and technical features of the kit.
The authentic Al Nassr 2024-25 season third kit features the brand's new enlarged three-stripe design on the shoulders. This design is one of the new changes introduced by the brand ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
However, in the AI-generated images used on Al Nassr's official store, the shoulders show thin ordinary stripes and do not display the special ventilation holes clearly present on the actual fabric of the kit.

A more embarrassing issue appeared on the kit's hem.
AI Brought Back "Outdated Technology"
The AI-generated image of Al Nassr's jersey displayed the "Aeroready" technology logo on the lower left hem.
However, the authentic player jersey uses the latest "Climacool+" technology logo.

Adidas reportedly phased out the "Aeroready" branding on its premium jersey products after the 2022 FIFA World Cup, replacing it with updated Climacool fabrics.
More importantly, Aeroready was previously used primarily on fan versions and was never applied to authentic player-issue jerseys. Therefore, the appearance of this logo on a premium player kit represents a clear technical error.
Footy Headlines believes these consecutive errors reveal a concerning level of carelessness in the club's marketing and retail departments.
While using AI to create jersey renders can reduce photography costs and save time, AI cannot truly understand technical specifications, fabric weights, and the latest changes in professional kits.
When clubs replace actual product photography with AI-generated images, they risk presenting consumers with content that does not match the real product.
This practice is particularly misleading for fans willing to pay premium prices for official jerseys.
Como 1907 had already drawn attention for using AI to create product images for its 2024-25 season kits, and now Al Nassr finds itself in a similar situation.
