According to the Birmingham Mail, Aston Villa head coach Unai Emery is pleased with Alejandro Garnacho's attitude and his willingness to improve, and believes the winger can eventually "produce his best" at Villa.

Garnacho joined Aston Villa on loan from Manchester United this summer, with the agreement including a conditional mandatory purchase clause, reportedly triggered by the player's appearances.
So far this season, Garnacho has played only 31 minutes across 3 Premier League matches, while young player George Hemmings is currently ahead of him in the team's pecking order.
However, Emery insists he is pleased with the progress Garnacho has made since joining from Manchester United.
Speaking about Garnacho, Emery said: "First, the positive aspect is his attitude. His attitude is very important, and he also has that desire. He is showing the level of commitment we need to achieve our goals."
"Now what he needs is time. Time and hard work every day in training, and his attitude already reflects that. After that, he is making progress in all aspects."
"In every training session, he is proving to us that he is capable of playing. He has had some playing time, but it is not enough. Firstly because his playing time is limited, and also what he has shown on the pitch is not enough."
"I am seeing him improve step by step. The most important thing is to maintain consistency and to constantly demand more from himself with the attitude he is showing now. After that, I trust him, and I believe he will gradually produce his best performance."
Emery then further discussed how to balance helping new signings integrate into the team while achieving match results.
Emery said: "We are facing two aspects simultaneously and are going through a process. The first aspect is to remain competitive in every competition, and the Premier League is our top priority."
"We must perform as expected as soon as possible with the current team structure and existing players. We need to understand each other better and be clear about how we want to play."
"The second aspect is that we must integrate our new signings to meet the standards we have previously established, and always maintain our high demands on the team. We need to advance both these aspects simultaneously and strive to perform at our best immediately. Have we done it yet? Not yet."
"In the Premier League, we are improving. We basically use the same group of players, with perhaps one or two adjustments per game, such as P. Torres and Mings. Barkley and João Gomes both got opportunities, and João played very well on Tuesday."
"João cannot play tomorrow, but Barkley fully understands all our requirements in both attack and defense. I hope tomorrow we can take another step forward, show our progress in the Premier League, and reflect it in the results."
