Stockport County secured the League Two title with an emphatic 5-2 victory at Notts County.

It is a third title in five years for County, who secured promotion to League One on Saturday having risen remarkably quickly from National League North.

Paddy Madden's hat-trick did the damage for Dave Challinor's side in the first half, as they secured their return to the third tier for the first time in 14 years.
