Como have reportedly made an offer for Chelsea defender Trevoh Chalobah, but the Premier League side are holding out for more.

The 26-year-old academy graduate played a key role for Chelsea last season, making 52 appearances in what was a disappointing season.

According to Sky Sports, Cesc Fabregas’ Como have made an offer of around £23.3 million to sign Chalobah this summer.

It’s understood that Chelsea are holding out for a for a total package of around £30m however, and it remains to be seen whether Como will match that.

It’s also been reported that Chelsea are on the verge of signing Crystal Palace’s Maxence Lacroix as new manager Xabi Alonso plots a major defensive overhaul.
