Spanish journalist Miguel Serrano shared the latest transfer developments at Real Madrid in his personal video podcast, discussing the situations of Fran García, Álvaro Carreras, and Eduardo Camavinga.

Below is Miguel Serrano's report:

Fran García has no issue leaving Real Madrid. He could have departed in January, but Arbeloa and the club blocked the move.

He now has suitors in the Premier League and Serie A. The player has instructed his agent to present all offers and projects within the next two weeks, as he genuinely hopes to begin preseason training with his new club.

If he's leaving, he doesn't want to start training under Mourinho only to transfer to Betis on July 20th or August 2nd.

What he wants is to join his new team directly and begin training immediately.

Therefore, among players available for transfer, Fran García presents the fewest complications for Real Madrid's outbound operations.

Álvaro Carreras is in a similar position to Fran García and Ferland Mendy. Real Madrid will not pay Mendy's remaining salary, nor can they find a suitable exit route for him.

Therefore, Mendy is not part of the departure plan—not because Real Madrid wants him to stay, but because they cannot move him.

As for Álvaro Carreras, Chelsea is arguably his main suitor. Is Chelsea willing to sign Carreras? Yes. How much? No more than €25 million.

However, Real Madrid's position is very firm: they will only sell Carreras if the offer approaches the €50 million they paid for him a year ago.

Such an offer seems unlikely, and even if a competitive bid near €50 million emerges, Real Madrid will only proceed if the player is willing to leave.

As of today, June 29th—I have to check the date because I don't even know what day I'm living in—Carreras wants to stay at Real Madrid. He wants to compete with Cucurella, even though he knows it will be difficult.

So, at left-back, Fran García is the most likely departure.

But let me reiterate: the Real Madrid transfer window still has 63 days left. As Juanito would say, there's plenty of time.

Juventus and three other Premier League clubs all want Camavinga and have already spoken with his agent. His agency, like Konaté's, is the Stellar Group—the firm run by Jonathan Barnett Jr., whose father represented Gareth Bale.

Camavinga insists he will stay, insists he doesn't want to leave or move.

There will be another conversation with Mourinho, and this conversation will be very difficult. During this discussion, his situation can and should be resolved.

Camavinga must understand that he will be the sixth or seventh midfielder in the pecking order. Therefore, Mourinho will attempt to persuade Camavinga to leave in the club's best interest.
