Neville believes Tuchel should consider resting Saka, who has been troubled by a recurring Achilles tendon injury. Given his current physical condition, Neville thinks the team cannot risk playing him in the next match.

Neville stated: "Saka's overall form on the pitch is completely off. He used to be full of energy, constantly smiling, and brimming with competitive spirit, but now he seems like a different person. It's genuinely concerning."

Ian Wright shares the same concern. The Arsenal legend questioned whether the team rushed to bring Saka back from injury for the tournament.

"This is a major tournament. He couldn't even start in the first few games and only got a starting opportunity in the third match, but his performance was nothing like the Saka we know. He desperately needs rest," Wright said.

"In the past, it was rare for an entire squad to struggle with form consistency in major tournaments, but that seems to be the case now. Many players haven't reached their peak performance. We rely heavily on our wingers, but several of them have underperformed."

Roy Keane added: "The wingers need to step up. Currently, none of these wide players have delivered performances matching expectations. Underperformance in the group stage might be forgiven, but once you enter the knockout rounds, at least one player must perform and carry the team."
