According to Italian transfer expert Moretto, Mount is not among Milan's summer transfer targets. After finalizing the deal for Gonçalo Ramos, the Rossoneri's next priority will be to sign a high-level central defender.

According to multiple media reports, Milan reached an agreement with Paris Saint-Germain over the weekend for Ramos's transfer, and the Portuguese forward will be the team's first summer signing.
Earlier reports suggested that after strengthening the center-forward position, Milan hoped to further bolster their midfield and had targeted Mount, who plays for Manchester United.
However, Moretto denied this claim on his personal channel. He stated that Mount is currently not on Milan's transfer radar, and the club is "100% focused on signing a new central defender" at this stage.
Moretto emphasized that Milan hopes to bring in a "high-level" player for their defense this summer to further enhance the team's overall competitiveness.
According to previous reports, Benfica central defender António Silva is one of the key candidates Milan is focusing on.
Regarding midfield reinforcements, Moretto stated that Milan first needs to deal with players returning from loan, and only after streamlining the squad will they consider further midfield signings.
Therefore, according to the current plan, Milan will assess midfield transfers after signing a central defender and completing player clearances, and the prospect of pursuing Manchester United midfielder Mount is low.
