According to Samuel Luckhurst, Man United correspondent for The Sun, Trabzonspor will cover Onana's salary in full during his loan spell.

Man United have officially confirmed that Onana will rejoin Trabzonspor on loan, with the loan period lasting until the end of the 2026-27 season.

Reporter Samuel Luckhurst reported that Onana's salary will once again be fully covered by Trabzonspor, despite him previously receiving a pay raise following Man United's return to the Champions League. As reported last week, Man United will receive a loan fee of 1.5 million euros.
