According to the aforementioned news, the Portuguese winger is now taking this option more seriously, which could push the deal to progress within the first few weeks after the transfer window opens.

Sporting CP hopes to complete a high-value sale. The club believes that this transfer could ultimately be concluded between €40 million and €50 million, far exceeding their initial investment in him.
