According to L'Équipe, Lille announced on Monday the signing of Swiss right-back Loann Srdanovic from Servette. Srdanovic, just 19 years old, had one year remaining on his contract with Servette and will now continue his development at Lille.

He signed a four-year contract with Lille on Monday. Lille had lost Thomas Meunier in the same position after his contract expired.

Lille president Olivier Létang stated: "We believe that Loann has the technical, physical, and mental qualities required to establish himself and progress at Lille and in Ligue 1." Switzerland U19 international Srdanovic made 11 league appearances last season and will now compete for the right-back position with Portuguese player Tiago Santos, who had a difficult season.
