According to Chelsea correspondent Bobby Vincent of Football.London, Chelsea are only considering selling Garnacho, not loaning him out.

The report states that Chelsea are willing to sell Garnacho this summer, despite the fact that he joined the club only one season ago.

The 22-year-old winger joined Chelsea from Man United less than 12 months ago for a £40 million transfer fee, but his first season with the Blues was unconvincing. Although several teams are currently interested in Garnacho, and Italian media have reported that Roma hopes to sign him on loan, sources indicate that Chelsea will only consider a permanent transfer this summer.

Garnacho's contract with Chelsea runs until 2032. In his first season after joining Chelsea, he made 43 appearances but failed to secure a regular starting spot under three different managers. Despite interest from potential suitors, no club has yet entered into official negotiations for the Argentine winger.
