In this morning’s FIFA World Cup round-of-16 match, England defeated Mexico 3-2. After the match, lip-reading expert Nicola Hickling revealed what Tuchel said during a Mexico attack.

TV cameras captured an outburst from Tuchel in the 94th minute after Bellingham was called for a foul, allowing Mexico to quickly launch another attack. Tuchel angrily shouted and threw his hands up to his head. Hickling said Tuchel's response to the incident was: "This is crazy, I need a beer! God help me get through this."

This celebratory remark perfectly captured the mood of England fans at the time, who were anxiously waiting to see whether England would advance to the quarter-finals. For most of the second half, England were forced to play with 10 men, as Quansah's departure left them shorthanded against Mexico, while they also had to overcome the disadvantage of playing at high altitude.
