According to Italian journalist Gianluigi Longari, Juventus have inquired about Parma forward Mateo Pellegrino as they assess their attacking reinforcement options for this summer.

Kolo Muani currently remains Juventus' top choice for attacking reinforcements and is also Spalletti's preferred candidate. Negotiations are underway, but the Bianconeri are also broadening their search.

Longari's report indicates that Juventus have inquired about Pellegrino, the Argentine forward who just had a stellar season at Parma.

Currently, Pellegrino is merely one name on Juventus' transfer list, rather than a definite target. Longari states that the Bianconeri will soon review and evaluate various options.

If Juventus decide to pursue Pellegrino's transfer, they may face competition from other teams — reports earlier this year linked him with a move to the Premier League.

All indications suggest that Juventus are simultaneously exploring multiple transfer paths: finalizing a deal for their top central forward target, Muani, scouting goalkeepers, and contacting alternative targets in case key transfer deals prove difficult to complete.
