Chelsea are reportedly set to return to Atalanta in an attempt to sign young defender Honest Ahanor having already secured Marco Palestra\'s services.\\n

Xabi Alonso’s pulled off a late hijack of Inter Milan’s deal for right-back Palestra, 21, signing him for a reported £47 million.

According to Italian outlet TuttoMercatoWeb, Chelsea are set to return to Atalanta in a bid to sign Ahanor, 18.

The centre-back broke into Atalanta’s first-team last season, going on to make 35 appearances across all competitions.

Chelsea aren’t the only side interested in the youngster, however, Brighton are also said to be keen on signing Ahanor.
