According to the latest report by Maximilian Koch, a journalist for Abendzeitung München, Bayern Munich has a new transfer committee that decides on every acquisition and sale.

It is reported that internally at Bayern Munich, there is currently a new "transfer committee" consisting of Eberl, Dreesen, Hainer, and supervisory board members Hoeneß and Rummenigge. This committee has been meeting regularly for some time and decides on every acquisition or departure.
The committee is also carefully reviewing the wage structure. In the future, annual salaries of 20 million euros or more should remain exceptional. For example, for Sabaly and Braaf, although both players now earn much more than they did at their previous clubs, their current total annual salary is less than 12 million euros.
Bayern Munich's current task is to sell several players. Before any further acquisitions can be made, Eberl must first sell players. This is the latest decision of the transfer committee, but it is proving to be quite difficult.
Currently, Bayern Munich has not received any specific offers for Zaragoza, Boey, and Palhinha—the club is also willing to sell Hiroki Ito and Kim Min-jae if suitable offers are received.
The future of Eberl and Freund will be discussed at the next supervisory board meeting at the end of August, but a decision is not expected until November. Internal sources say that the market for suitable external sporting directors is quite limited at present, and at the same time, it is very likely that Dreesen will have his contract extended.
